The Annual accounts and estimates were presented and explained.

The Parish rate was agreed and set at 1.35 with 24 votes in favour and 1 vote against.

The Connétable declared SAMANTHA HARDING as a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine of Petite Longueville.

MICHAEL BYRNE was unanimously elected to act as Roads Inspector for the Vingtaine of Sous L’Eglise

A sum, up to £120,000.00, to upgrade offices and other amenities at the Parish Works Depot, La Rue des Pres; from funds held in the Buildings Reserves, was proposed by the Chef de Police Steven Laffoley-Edwards and seconded by Roads Inspector Steven Wyatt. There were 17 votes in favour and none against.

On a proposition by Roads Inspector Cara Miller seconded by former Honorary Police Officer Michael Byrne DUNCAN MAGUIRE was unanimously elected to act as a Roads Inspector for the Vingtaine of Grande Longueville.

On a proposition by Rates Assessor Tom Gales seconded by Rates Assessor Lesley Norton KAREN MARIE HAZEL WILSON was re-elected to act as a member of the Rates Assessment Committee.

Carlos Jasmins was unanimously elected as a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine de Pigneaux and La Grande Longueville. Stuart Pirouet was elected as members of the Roads Committee.

An assembly was held for the following business: to receive and, if approved, adopt the Connétable’s Accounts for the financial year ended 30th April 2022; to approve the Estimates for the financial year ending 30th April 2023; to approve a Rate in conformity with Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law, 2005; to propose the transfer of the remaining funds from the Vehicle Reserve to the General Reserve; to elect a Committee to examine the Connétable’s Accounts for the financial year ending 30th April 2023; to appoint a firm of accountants to audit the Connétable’s Accounts for the financial year ending 30 April 2023.

Mr David Hallam was unanimously elected as a Vingtenier for the Vingtaine de Pigneaux. Mr Geraldo Spinola was unanimously elected as a Vingtenier for the Vingtaine de Sous L’Eglise.

A Parish Assembly was held to consider a licensing application for Channel Islands Co-operative Society Limited.

A Parish Assembly was held to elect two people to act as members of the Rate Assessment Committee and to elect two Constable’s officer’s.

A licencing application by Jersey Cricket Limited was considered for recommendation to the Licencing Assembly

An assembly was held for the following business: To consider a licence application for Cimandis for recommendation to the licencing assembly; To elect one Constable’s officer for the Vingtaine Pigneaux and Grande Longueville and one Constable’s officer for the Vingtaine Petite Longueville; to elect one Vingtenier for the vingtaine of Grande Longueville.

Patrycja Leszczynska was unanimously elected as a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaine de Maufant. Geoffrey John Morris, Peter Blampied and Ian Blandin were elected as members of the Roads Committee.

Cara Miller and Katrina Margaret Wyatt were elected as Roads Inspectors for Vingtaine of Maufant. Paul Marcel Houzé and Stephen Richard Wyatt were elected as Roads Inspectors for Vingtaine de Sous la Hougue. Francis Hedley Le Quesne and Barry Wilson De La Mare were elected as Roads Inspectors for Vingtaine des Pigneaux. Stuart Philip Pirouet and Elizabeth Mary Pryke were elected as Roads Inspectors for Vingtaine de la Grande Longueville. Andrew Le Gallais and Andrew John Pryke were elected as Roads Inspectors for Vingtaine de la Petite Longueville. Colin Robert Ireson and Andrew Philip Le Maistre were elected as Roads Inspectors for Vingtaine de Sous l’Eglise.

Mr Thomas Gales was re-elected to act as a member of the Rates Assessment Committee. Mr Nigel John Tanner was duly re-elected as Vingtenier for the Vingtaine de Sous l’Eglise. Mr Almerindo Goncalves was duly re-elected as Vingtenier for the Vingtaine de Sous la Hougue. Mr Philip Andrew Berrill was duly elected as Vingtenier for the Vingtaine de Maufant. Mr Seamus Friel was duly elected as Vingtenier for the Vingtaine de Petite Longueville.

An assembly was held to consider an application from Matthew Philip Clive Jones for recommendation to the Licensing Assembly.

An assembly was held for the following business: to elect 2 Constable’s Officers to fill vacancies in the Vingtaines of Maufant & Sous La Hougue and Pigneaux & Grande Longueville; to consider an application from First Choice Groceries Ltd for recommendation to the Licensing Assembly.

Mr Christian Luis Julé was unanimously elected as a Constable’s Officer for the Vingtaines des Pigneaux and Grande Longueville.

An assembly was held for the following business: to elect 3 Constable’s Officers to fill vacancies in the Vingtaines de Sous L’Eglise and des Pigneaux et de la Grande Longueville; to present an award to an Officer in recognition and appreciation of service to St. Saviour’s Honorary Police.

An assembly was held for the following business: to propose the introduction of a kerbside recycling scheme in St. Saviour; to propose a sum of up to £250,000 towards the extension of the Parish Depot.

An assembly was held for the following business: elect up to three Vingteniers for the Vingtaine of Maufant, Petite Longueville and Pigneaux; elect up to ten Constable’s Officers for the Vingtaines of Maufant and Sous la Hougue, Pigneaux and Grande Longueville, Petite Longueville and Sous l’Eglise; formally acknowledge Long Service Awards and presentation of miniature medals; to consider an application from Claire Allenet for recommendation to the Licensing Assembly.
