Virtual Parish Assembly

Parish Assembly 7th December 2020

A Parish Assembly is due to be held on 7th December 2020, this assembly is to approve the minutes of the previous Parish Assembly and to elect the members of the Roads Committee and the Roads Inspectors.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, the number of attendees permitted to attend the Parish Assembly will be limited to 20 persons. We understand that the number of Parishioners wishing to attend may well exceed this limit, we are therefore looking into the feasibility of providing a virtual sitting along with an online voting option for electors. This will most likely be via the Microsoft Teams or Zoom application.

We ask our Parishioners to please bear in mind that this is a work in progress and we are doing all we can to make this ‘St Saviour first’ happen.
