St Saviour’s Battle of Flowers AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the St Saviour’s Battle of Flowers Association will be held at the Parish Hall on Thursday 21st November 2024 at 7.00pm for the following business:-

1. Opening address from the Honorary President;
   
2. Receive the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 2nd November 2023;
   
3. Report by the Chairman
   
4. Receive the accounts for the past year;
   
5. To elect a committee for the coming year (Nominations may be submitted in writing to the Chair – Miss S Ellis, at 50 Clos Paumelle, Bagatelle Road, St. Saviour JE2 7YW or by email to [email protected] by Tuesday 19th November 2024);
