Maison St Louis- Update

The Parish is pleased to share the following update in relation to the Maison St Louis wall reinstatement works:

Maison St Louis – Wall Reinstatement Update

The Parish has been advised by the Project Manager, acting on behalf of the affected homeowners, that all necessary confirmations have now been received from the insurers and that the project to reinstate the wall is anticipated to commence on 7 April 2026.

The works are expected to take approximately 12 to 14 weeks, subject to weather conditions and other usual site considerations.

The Parish is not directly involved in the works but will continue to share factual updates as they are provided. Should the programme change, or once a confirmed completion date is available, we will issue a further update.
