Independent Taxation Support (2019 PYB Tax bill)
The Parish of St Saviour is pleased to support parishioners by acting as a collection point for the Government of Jersey Personal Tax forms.
Tax Forms
If you require additional copies of the Government of Jersey tax forms, they can be downloaded and printed using the links below:
Alternatively, if you are unable to print the forms yourself, copies are available to collect from the Parish Hall while stocks last. If we run low, we can request additional copies from the Government of Jersey.
If you require assistance, the Government of Jersey can help in the following ways:
- By telephone: Call 01534 440300 and select the Personal Tax option.
- In person: Visit the Government Customer Hub at Union Street. You can attend without an appointment or book one in advance by calling the number above.
- Online: Complete the enquiry form at Personal Tax Enquiry – Request – one.gov.je – Data protection
If you require additional support or are finding the process particularly difficult, the Government of Jersey recommends attending one of its Community Helpdesk events or booking an appointment at the Customer Hub, where staff can provide more personalised assistance in a private setting.

The Parish has also expressed an interest in hosting a future Community Helpdesk event. The Government of Jersey is currently assessing demand across the Island, if you feel that you would benefit from this please contact the Parish Hall by 19th August , and we will share further information if a session is arranged in St Saviour.
