Properties and Facilities Manager (full time)

The Parish of St Saviour provides Municipal and Administrative services to just under 14,000 parishioners and businesses across a varied scope of services. 

We are seeking a proactive and effective manager for Facilities as well as our Properties portfolio, tenants and maintenance programme.

Reporting to the Executive Officer, the role leads on planning and delivery of repairs and refurbishments as well as managing insurance, Health and Safety, plus oversight of third party suppliers.

You must have experience of facilities, maintenance, building repairs and some refurbishments, strong budget handling skills and knowledge of buildings compliance regulations.  Experience of Health and Safety is desirable but training will be given.  This is a new stand-alone role and so will require a proactive and dynamic approach to juggling multiple demands and projects.
