Parish Assembly – Public Park

AN ASSEMBLY of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Saviour will be held at the Parish Hall, St. Saviour on 2nd  December 2025 at 6:30pm for the following business: –

  1. To receive and, if deemed advisable, to approve the minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 20th October 2025
  2. To consider, and if deemed advisable, to approve the following proposition:
    To authorise expenditure of up to £3.1 million from the Maisons Connétable Ozouf Fund (MCO) for the creation of a new public park, including parking provision and essential access and road improvements.
  3. To request the Connétable to investigate potential sites for additional community facilities not included within the current plans.

FOR INFORMATION

  • Parishioners are asked to arrive in good time in order to confirm their entitlement to vote.
  • Only registered electors, ratepayers and nominated mandataires are entitled to attend and vote. Please be advised that you must attend the Assembly in person if you wish to vote for or against any of the items.
  • Draft minutes from assemblies are available on the Parish Website or can be collected from the Parish Hall during office hours.
  • We welcome any comments on the agenda items by phone (Tel 735864), in writing, or via email ([email protected]) before noon on the day of the Assembly.
  • Please note that photography, filming, or any form of audio recording is not permitted during the meeting without prior consent.
  • Video and Audio recordings will not be permitted when attending a Parish Assembly.
