Free health check by Care Connect

The Parish is pleased to support the new Care Connect scheme led by the Care Hub team.

The nursing team will be offering a free health check to Parishioners at the Parish Hall on Thursday, 24th April, from 10:00 to 14:00.

These drop-in sessions will include:

• Blood pressure measurements
• Heart rhythm assessments
• BMI evaluations
• Blood glucose testing
• Personalized general health advice

All services will be provided by the Care Connect nursing team, who will be available to answer any questions and discuss the options available to you in your home.

We encourage all Parishioners to take advantage of this valuable opportunity.
