Upcoming Roadworks Belvedere Hill – 27th to 31st October 2025

We would like to inform residents and road users of planned roadworks taking place from Monday 27th October to Friday 31st October 2025.

📍 Location: Full length of the road up to Belvedere Apartments – curb to curb.
🔧 Purpose: The road will be fully resurfaced to improve its condition and safety for all users.

During this period, DFI Drainage will also be on site to replace foul sewer manhole covers, carrying out essential maintenance alongside the resurfacing works.

Access to premises will be maintained

🚗 Traffic Management & Diversions

• Temporary traffic management measures will be in place throughout the works.
  
• Access to the Merton Hotel will be maintained via a signed diversion route:
  • From Don Road, traffic will be diverted up Belvedere and then down Mary Street.
    
• Please follow all signage and instructions to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while these essential works are carried out, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. These improvements will ensure a safer and better-quality road surface for all users.
