The Jersey Census 2021

The 2021 census is nearly here

The Jersey Census takes place once every decade. The next census will take place on 21 March 2021.

The census gives the most accurate and up-to-date estimate of the number of people and households in Jersey. It asks questions about you and your household to build a detailed picture of Jersey today which provides a snapshot of who we are as a community and how we live together.

It’s important that everyone takes part to make sure that the information collected is accurate and complete. The information collected helps to plan public services, which has the potential to make a positive impact on the lives of all Islanders.

Your response is required by law. You could face a fine if you don’t take part or if you supply false information.
